FDA and Healthcare Regulatory and Compliance Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level FDA and Healthcare Regulatory and Compliance Associate in Washington, D.C. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team advising clients in the life sciences and healthcare industries on complex regulatory and compliance matters. Duties Advise clients on FDA and USDA-regulated product areas. Provide guidance on product development strategy, labeling, and advertising. Manage safety and compliance, including adverse event reporting and recalls. Conduct agency inspections and remediation of inspection findings. Collaborate effectively across practice groups. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in FDA practice at a law firm or regulatory agency. Experience with food regulatory matters preferred. Ability to deliver clear and actionable advice to clients. Admitted to the state bar or eligible to waive in. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications State bar admission required. Skills Strong analytical and communication skills.
