Account Executive

Account Executive iHeartMedia is hiring for the position of Account Executive to drive sales across broadcast and digital platforms. Responsibilities Learn the iHeart network’s broadcast and digital marketing products. Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person client meetings, research, and daily cold‑calling. Cultivate existing business and drive revenue using the full suite of products. Collaborate with internal partners to create effective marketing campaigns. Deliver compelling data‑driven sales presentations to meet client expectations. Qualifications Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, and proactive. Strong relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and persuasive communication skills. Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable with cold‑calling and initiating outreach to prospective clients. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a high school diploma (college degree preferred). Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms. Experience in digital/media sales is a plus. Organized and able to prioritize day‑to‑day tasks. Experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns, analytics, or audio advertising is an advantage. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to use analysis to solve complex problems. Comfortable working with senior executives and negotiating large accounts. Desire to stay abreast of emerging market trends and customer needs.
