Deployment Strategist

Company Overview We're partnering with a well-funded, fast-growing AI company building cutting-edge software for mission-critical government environments. They're looking for a Deployment Strategist to work directly with end users, ensuring advanced AI products solve real operational challenges while helping shape the future direction of the platform. Role Overview This is a highly cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of customers, engineering, and product. You'll spend time embedded with users, gathering feedback, driving deployments, identifying new opportunities, and influencing product development. If you enjoy solving ambiguous problems, working closely with technical teams, and delivering measurable impact, this is an opportunity to play a foundational role at an ambitious company. Responsibilities Partner directly with customers to deploy AI software into mission-critical environments. Lead onboarding, training, product workshops, user support, and executive presentation. Work closely with engineering and product teams to translate customer feedback into new features and product improvement. Identify expansion opportunities and help grow strategic customer relationships. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across government organizations. Shape deployment processes and operational best practices as the company scales. Contribute to company strategy and help define how customers successfully adopt the platform. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in deployment, implementation, forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, consulting, customer strategy, or a similar client-facing technical role. Experience working with complex technical products and enterprise or government customers. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Technical curiosity with the ability to communicate effectively with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders. Willingness to travel up to 50%. Active Secret Clearance required.
