Front Desk Agent/Guest Services

Job Description

What You'll Do

As a Guest Service Representative, you'll be the first and last impression of the hotel the "face" of our property. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Warmly welcoming and checking in guests according to Marriott standards
Answering calls with professionalism (within 3 rings!)
Handling guest requests, complaints, and special needs with confidence and care
Managing room assignments, availability, and group activities
Processing accurate check-outs and payments
Balancing your cash bank and keeping it secure
Communicating effectively with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Generating and distributing daily reports
Following all policies for payment, credit, and cash handling
And, of course, other duties as assigned no two days are ever the same!
