Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Outpatient setting.
• Clinic patient mix includes approximately 30-40% workers' compensation and 20-25% Medicare.
