What You'll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care across four Level-III NICUs in Las Vegas' suburbs
• Manage high-acuity cases, including ventilations and nitric oxide therapy
• Participate in neonatal transport and emergency stabilization
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Support families through compassionate communication and care
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
• Rotate across multiple sites and shifts to ensure 24/7 neonatal coverage

What You Need:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada or eligible for licensure
• Neonatal intensive care experience preferred
• Certification in neonatal care or related specialty preferred
• Strong clinical skills and compassionate approach
