Enterprise Commercial Counsel — SaaS Contracts Leader

Pearson seeks an experienced Lead Specialist, Legal Counsel to support its Enterprise Sales organization. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Product and Security to draft, negotiate and finalize commercial contracts across MSAs, Subscription Agreements, Order Forms and NDAs, while guiding risk and ensuring scalable processes.
