Operations Manager

Through a combination of strategic partnerships, analytics, and operational expertise, the company helps clients optimize and improve supply chain performance. Position Summary The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day transportation and logistics operations while leading a team responsible for delivering high-level customer service and operational execution. This role is responsible for driving efficiency, managing client relationships, resolving operational challenges, and implementing process improvements that support both customer goals and company growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily transportation and logistics operations Supervise team performance, workload distribution, and employee development Maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and vendor partners Resolve operational and transportation-related issues in a timely manner Partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to support business decisions and performance goals Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers, carriers, and suppliers Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement best practices to reduce costs and improve service levels Support continuous improvement initiatives across client supply chains Deliver high-quality customer support while maintaining operational excellence Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience 5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or operations management Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) program Flexible spending account options Life insurance coverage Full-time, Monday through Friday In-office work environment Unlimited PTO Sound like something of interest?
