General Manager – Smoothie King Franchise

About the Role

Join our locally owned Smoothie King franchise as a General Manager! We're looking for a motivated, hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, developing team members, and creating a positive, high-energy work environment. As our General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of daily store operations while leading by example and helping your team succeed.

This is an hourly management position with tip participation, offering competitive earnings and opportunities for career growth within our franchise.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to ensure excellent guest service and efficient performance.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Create employee schedules and manage labor to meet business needs.
• Maintain Smoothie King brand standards for product quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Monitor inventory, place product orders, and minimize waste.
• Track store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health department regulations, and safety standards.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented workplace culture.
• Lead by example by working alongside your team during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of management experience in restaurant, retail, or food service.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and daily operations.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
