Description Richmark Properties is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a multifamily apartment community. The ideal candidate will assist with daily maintenance operations, unit turns, pool upkeep, and general property care. Key Responsibilities Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner Assist with make-ready preparation of vacant units Maintain pool cleanliness and equipment functionality Ensure grounds and common areas are kept clean and presentable Comply with federal Fair Housing laws, and all local laws and ordinances On-call rotation and weekend availability Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Bonus Pay Opportunities- Renewal bonus Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) Richmark is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify.
