We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Technical Trainer to join our team. This position is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in smartphone and laptop repair who enjoys developing talent, sharing knowledge, and helping employees succeed.


As a Technical Trainer, you will play a key role in onboarding and developing employees by delivering engaging training programs, maintaining compliance standards, and ensuring team members are fully prepared to perform at a high level.


Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and hands-on training for new hires and existing employees
• Train employees on device screening, diagnostics, and Level 2 (L2) repair processes for smartphones and smart devices
• Teach workflow procedures, login/logout processes, and internal systems usage
• Support technical support teams as needed
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, and assessment tools
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation
• Ensure audit readiness through proper documentation and adherence to company standards
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Support teams to align training with business needs
• Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and operational requirements

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with smartphone and laptop repair/refurbishment
• Experience with:
  • Device diagnostics and screening
  • Quality control processes
  • L2 hardware troubleshooting and repair
• Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) requirements and safe handling practices
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to effectively train and engage groups of employees
• Professional attitude with strong work ethic and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Trainer, Instructor, Team Lead, or Supervisor
• Experience working in refurbishment centers, repair operations, or electronics manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with audits, compliance standards, and process documentation
• Experience using internal systems and operational software
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
