Job Summary

HomeSmiles North Raleigh is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Service Technician to join our team! As part of our growing company, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality preventative maintenance services to residential and commercial properties, including tasks like gutter cleaning, exterior window washing, pressure washing, dryer vent cleaning, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks such as gutter cleaning, window washing, and pressure washing.
• Clean and maintain dryer vents to improve safety and efficiency.
• Test and inspect smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and other critical systems.
• Conduct exterior property assessments to identify potential maintenance issues.
• Complete services efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction with each job.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communicate with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Assist in driving customer satisfaction and generating repeat business by providing excellent service.

Qualifications:

• Experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work on ladders and rooftops comfortably and safely.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor, lift equipment, and work in various weather conditions.

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
