Reconstruction Project ManagerSERVPRO Team Toft is looking for an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to join our growing team! As a Reconstruction Project Manager, you will oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from the initial scope through completion. You'll be responsible for coordinating customers, subcontractors, materials, schedules, and internal teams while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to SERVPRO's quality standards.What You'll DoManage reconstruction projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, production, and closeoutMeet with customers to understand project needs and communicate expectationsReview scopes of work, estimates, contracts, and project requirementsDevelop and maintain project schedules and budgetsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, crews, materials, and equipmentMonitor project progress and address issues before they become problemsPerform regular job-site visits and quality-control inspectionsMaintain accurate project documentation, photos, notes, and updatesCommunicate regularly with customers regarding project status, changes, and timelinesIdentify and manage change orders and additional workWork closely with Restoration Project Managers, Estimators, Production, and AdministrationEnsure projects meet applicable building codes, company standards, and customer expectationsReview invoices, subcontractor bills, and project costs for accuracyKeep projects moving forward and hold team members and subcontractors accountableResolve customer concerns professionally and promptlyEnsure projects are completed properly and closed out in a timely mannerWhat We're Looking For2+ years of construction or reconstruction project management experienceStrong understanding of residential and/or commercial constructionExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to read and understand scopes of work, estimates, and construction documentsStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and customer-service skillsAbility to work independently while also being a strong team playerStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quicklyProficiency with technology, email, Microsoft Office, and project-management softwareExperience with CompanyCam and/or construction management software is a plusValid driver's license and clean recordAbility to occasionally work outside normal business hours when project needs require itBenefitsCompetitive salary with performance-based incentivesPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance (eligible after 60 days)401(k) with Company MatchProfit Sharing$1,500 Employee Referral Bonus$1,000 Annual Anniversary BonusTraining and professional development opportunitiesAll offers of employment with SERVPRO Team Toft are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and verification of employment eligibility through the Form I-9 and E-Verify process.
