Arterial Regional Sales Manager - Northeast - Peripheral Vascular

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Account Managers while coaching through field observations and performance feedback
- Own regional revenue targets, forecasts, and execution of business plans to expand market share
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain sales talent within the region
- Monitor sales activity, pipeline, case coverage, and productivity metrics
- Represent company at trade shows and educational meetings; ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 6+ years medical device sales experience
- 3+ years medical device sales leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and presentation skills
- Solid business acumen with financial and commercial understanding
- Knowledge of peripheral vascular products and competitive markets
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems
Compensation: $175,000 base salary plus commission and bonuses
