Service BDC Agent – Full Time Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Join a Winning Team in Our Service BDC! We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and dependable Service BDC Agent to join our growing team. If you enjoy speaking with people, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced team environment, this could be a great opportunity for you. Our Service BDC is an important part of our dealership and plays a key role in keeping our customers connected with our Service Department. We are committed to developing our employees and promoting from within whenever possible. What You'll Do: Answer incoming dealership and service department phone calls Professionally transfer calls to the appropriate department or employee Take accurate messages and ensure they are communicated promptly Make outgoing calls to customers regarding their vehicle service needs Contact customers to schedule service appointments Follow up with customers and help generate additional service business Assist customers with questions and provide a positive first impression of our dealership Document customer interactions accurately in our systems Work closely with Service Advisors, Managers, and the Service Department Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude on every call What We're Looking For: Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, positive, and professional personality Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Previous BDC, call center, automotive, or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Schedule: Monday – Friday

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
