Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Salesperson / Product Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces technology, and enjoys helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs.

• Guide customers through the entire vehicle buying process with professionalism and transparency
• Build lasting relationships with customers both in-store and through digital communication
• Communicate product knowledge clearly and confidently
• Use CRM tools, social media, and digital platforms to generate and manage leads
• Follow up consistently to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Work both independently and collaboratively to achieve individual and team goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with digital communication (text, email, video, and online platforms)
• Social media savvy and willing to use it as a sales tool
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A mindset aligned with our core values: customer focused, genuinely cares, resolute, and hardworking
• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
