Title: ODR Student Aide - Fall 2026 VP Area: Provost - UMW Department: Community Relations/Compliance Campus Location: Seacobeck Hall Advertised Range: $13.00 per hour Job Summary The ODR Student Aide will work at the ODR welcome desk, perform light office tasks, document remediation (computer work), serve as a test proctor, and other duties as assigned. Required KSAs/Competencies/Qualifications Properly handle confidential information Communicate in person, over the phone, and in writing Attention to detail Organizational skills Computer proficiency Remediate documents (after provided training) Work independently and as a team Monitor test-takers as a proctor Be able to sit and/or stand, lift a minimum of 15 pounds, bend/reach and navigate the entire campus Comfortable working alone in the ODR office Familiarity with the ODR website Required Experience Basic computer literacy Required Education Current UMW student Required Licensure None Additional Considerations The ability to work a minimum of two consecutive semesters is preferred.
