Outsourced Accounting and Advisory Services ManagerOur team is growing!We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Accounting and Advisory Manager to join our Strategic Operations and Advisory Resources (SOAR) team. BeachFleischman is Arizona's largest locally-owned public accounting firm and one of the Top 200 largest CPA firms in the United States. With offices in Las Vegas, Nevada, as well as Nogales, Phoenix, and Tucson, Arizona, we provide comprehensive accounting, assurance, tax, and advisory services domestic and international businesses, organizations, and entrepreneurs. Position Overview The Outsourced Accounting and Advisory Services Manager manages client's needs and deadlines, contributes to the firm's mission and creates a learning environment for staff.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvides high level accounting services to various client organizationsProvides superior service to clientsPlans engagements and manages jobsReviews client financial statementsEvaluates and mentors staffAssigns Accounting Services staff tasks and responsibilities commensurate with their knowledge, skills, and abilitiesActs as resource to staff for accounting related questions; provides training to new employees on basic accountingContributes to firm's mission and acts as a technical resource for others in the firmProvides value-added services by seeking out and developing meaningful business advisory commentsResearches and concludes on complex accounting issuesPerforms other accounting services and duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to supervise, teach, mentor and lead othersMust have strong written and verbal communication skillsMust have strong organizational and analytical skillsStrong knowledge of general accounting practices to solve issues that may arise over the course of an engagementProficient knowledge of accounting research techniques and the various research sourcesProficient in MS Office, QuickBooks and other accounting softwareStrong Knowledge in Construction or Cannabis preferred  QualificationsBachelor 's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience6 to 9 years of accounting experience We proudly offer competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package that supports your overall well-being, career development opportunities, and much more.
