What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and sales team by delivering exceptional service and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare customer quotations and process sales orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, lead times, and order status.
• Support the Rail & Industrial outside sales team with day-to-day customer service activities.
• Coordinate with purchasing, operations, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Follow up on open quotations and sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information within our ERP system.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Assist with account management and help identify opportunities to grow existing customer relationships.
• Provide administrative support to the sales organization as needed.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; previous inside sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• ERP experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with customers and cross-functional teams.
