The Details You Need to Know:
Full-Time Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM 1:00 PM

What You Bring to the Team:
35 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist You've seen it all and keep your cool no matter how busy it gets.
EMR Savvy Experience with systems like Centricity or Phreesia is a huge plus.
Organized & Detail-Oriented You know how to juggle tasks without letting the little things slip.
Strong Communication Skills Whether on the phone or in person, you provide excellent customer service and clear, compassionate communication.
Reliable & Professional Patients and team members can count on you to be consistent, respectful, and efficient.
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
The Physical Side of the Job:
You'll be on your feet, moving around the office, assisting patients, and handling paperwork.

Compensation Offered:
Hourly - Hourly Plan, 22.50 USD Hourly
