Salted is seeking a seasoned Sourcing & Product Commercialization leader to drive the end-to-end bring-to-market of new ingredients and items. You will partner with brand and culinary teams to source, qualify, and negotiate with co-manufacturers and suppliers, building solid cost models and demand plans. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will own supplier qualification, pricing terms, and forecasting to secure scale, quality, and compliance across our kitchens. #J-18808-Ljbffr
