Description

Position: Electronic Assembler
Location: Elgin, IL

Are you passionate about technology and eager to work in a forward-thinking environment? Join our team in Elgin, where your attention to detail and expertise in electronic assembly will help shape the next generation of communications infrastructure!

Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:15pm ($19.00/hr)

What You'll Do:

• Assemble radio towers and heavy telecommunication equipment (up to 65 lbs. - team lift required)
• Use computer-based instructions to build custom frames for client equipment
• Read and interpret written instructions for precise, high-quality assembly
• Work independently or collaboratively in small, supportive teams
• Handle intricate electronics and components with focus and care

• Prior experience in electronic assembly or electronic manufacturing (required)
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable handling heavy equipment with team support
• Ability to accurately follow computer-based, step-by-step instructions
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
