Duties

Help

As a(n) Management and Program Analyst , you will:

• Advise staff on administrative functions, develop process improvements, and serve as the liaison for cross-functional administrative activities and organizational requirements.
• Conduct program studies, identify operational issues, and develop recommendations to improve administrative processes and program performance.
• Prepare management reports and briefings, interpret administrative policies and procedures, and collaborate with managers to enhance human resources, acquisition, budget, and other administrative services.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Minimum Qualifications : You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following:

• Providing administrative and management support by planning, coordinating, and improving organizational operations and business processes.
• Analyzing and evaluating administrative programs to improve operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
• Providing administrative advisory services to management on organizational policies, procedures, and program operations.

OR

Must have a master's or equivalent graduate degree or two (2) full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related.

OR

Must have a combination of experience as described above and graduate education as described above.
