We're looking for a motivated Prep Laborer to join our team! In this role, you'll help prepare metal parts for powder coating and gradually learn the painting process. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on skills and grow into more advanced roles.
What You'll Do
- Wash and prep metal parts before painting
- Load and unload parts onto the paint line
- Assist with racking and handling materials
- Train to apply powder coat paint
- Inspect finished parts to ensure high quality
- Rotate between tasks throughout the shift
What We're Looking For
- At least 6 months of manufacturing or general labor experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with painting or powder coating
- Familiarity with racking or assembly processes
- Ability to handle physically demanding work

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Anoka, MN.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
