Hiring for Material Handler (Stand-Up Forklift)

Location: Anoka/Dayton, MN

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
• (Overtime required, including one scheduled Saturday per month)

We’re hiring a skilled Material Handler to operate a stand-up forklift in a clean, fast-paced distribution environment. If you’re experienced with equipment, enjoy staying active, and take pride in accuracy and safety, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a stand-up forklift (Crown preferred) for most of your shift
• Pick, pull, and stage orders for shipment
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
• Perform quality checks to ensure accurate shipments
• Use computers and work orders to track inventory and orders
• Assist with pushing/pulling pallets and handling materials
• Conduct equipment safety checks and inspections
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

✅ What We’re Looking For

• At least 6 months of stand-up forklift experience
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or material handling
• Ability to lift, move, and manage heavy materials
• Comfortable using computers for work orders and inventory
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work on your feet and wear steel-toe boots
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.25/hr.
