Utilizing a variety of communication and training methodologies to ensure the best user experience and optimum adoption of new software and processes, the Senior Technology Change and Communications Analyst helps guide the firm's personnel through change.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesServes as change agent and advocate for end users in the delivery of IT business change initiativesWorks closely with core team to learn and understand project requirements in depth, and acts as subject matter expertComposes IT communication and training campaigns, in support of IT projects and change initiativesWorks within a highly refined project intake and management process to design and deliver Firm training programs in support of all IT projects, focused on delivering the best user experienceAnalyzes and reports on application configurations and settings to ensure optimum end user experienceConducts extensive product testing and delivers detailed feedback throughout entire project life cycleCreates and delivers training materials, outlines, visual aids, digital guides, eLearning videos, recorded sessions, and communications based on project needs and user feedbackFocuses on new and innovative methods of training delivery to cater for frequently changing and new technologyAnticipates and evaluates areas of potential difficulty and resistance to changeCreates user acceptance documentation, focusing on user requirements and impact of changeIdentifies and builds relationships with change championsConducts user feedback analysis sessions and compiles project feedback surveysWorks as liaison with digital adoption assistant to develop just-in-time learning contentContributes to audit of processes and recommendations for future project improvementsAssists with coaching other team members as neededJob SpecificationsBachelor's degree preferredAt least eight (8) years of related work experienceExcellent analytical skillsCreative thinkerBackground knowledge of change and project management protocols advantageousAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint)Advanced knowledge of eLearning software, including video creation and online training toolsAdvanced knowledge of desktop productivity and document management softwareExperience with macOS preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsStrong motivational, presentation and people skillsStrong relationship-building capabilitiesAbility to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environmentAbility to work flexible and/or fluctuating work hoursAbility to work independently and under own direction and initiativeAbility to learn new concepts and skills quicklyOccasional travel requiredSuccessful candidates will be provided with outstanding career opportunities and will receive a competitive total rewards package with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses.Target Hiring Range $93,000 - $136,000Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWS provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work.
