Join our Respiratory Therapy department as an RRT/CRT in a permanent, full-time hospital role based in Concordia, Kansas, with a listed facility location in Salina. This day-shift position offers 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM, hourly pay starting at $28 based on education and experience, benefits, and relocation assistance of up to $5,000. New graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ respiratory needs and interpret physician orders.
• Administer prescribed respiratory treatments and evaluate patient responses.
• Perform respiratory care procedures, including invasive procedures when required.
• Provide respiratory support in inpatient and critical care units.
• Communicate patient needs and treatment recommendations to the healthcare team.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and workload.
• Maintain safe, effective, high-quality respiratory care.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited program.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Current Kansas license or eligibility for licensure.
