Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production employees during assigned shifts.
• Ensure production schedules are executed efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and production reporting.
• Track and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead employee coaching, training, development, and performance management.
• Promote a culture of safety, food safety, quality, and compliance.
• Enforce company policies, GMPs, PPE requirements, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain audit-ready conditions throughout the facility.
• Monitor attendance and address performance concerns appropriately.
• Partner with maintenance during changeovers and equipment projects.

Qualifications
Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
• Proficiency with computers and business systems such as Excel, ERP systems, and email.

Preferred

• Beverage manufacturing experience.

Physical Requirements

• Regular standing, walking, and movement throughout the production facility.
