Executive Director, U.S. HCP Marketing

Madrigal Pharmaceuticals

Madrigal Pharmaceuticals seeks an Executive Director to lead U.S. healthcare provider marketing for Rezdiffra, a liver-directed therapy for metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis. This strategic role encompasses brand positioning, promotional campaign development, key opinion leader engagement, and sales enablement across a rapidly growing commercial organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and own HCP marketing strategy aligned with Rezdiffra lifecycle stage and competitive landscape
Lead creation of promotional materials, non-personal promotion, and digital content for healthcare provider audiences
Manage key opinion leader engagement, advisory boards, and medical congress strategy and execution
Partner with Sales leadership to enable field teams with compliant messaging and marketing tools
Build performance dashboards and optimize marketing mix effectiveness using analytics and customer insights

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
18+ years pharmaceutical or biotech marketing experience
10+ years in HCP-facing brand marketing roles of increasing responsibility
Strong communicator and presenter capable of balancing strategy with tactical execution
Experience with promotional review, FDA regulations, and compliance frameworks
Proficiency in customer analytics and omnichannel marketing optimization
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and external agency partnerships
