Our five locations and extended hours offer patients convenience, while our patient oriented practice delivers personalized, relationship-driven service and continuity of care. Our care teams truly serve as comprehensive health care managers for our patients. If you are motivated by helping others, come join us!Responsibilities of the job:* Answer inbound patient calls to support scheduling, general medical questions and help coordinate patient needs.* Manage medical provider schedules/reschedules/cancel appointments as requested.* Triage patient calls to assess severity/complexity/appropriate action of call.* Timely website appointment request/ custom form maintenance.* Interact as resource to staff on website questions and issues.* Talk to patients having problems with the website and solve website/EMR issues.**Shifts vary from:** 7 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays 8 am-1 pm**Location**: 5625 Eiger Rd. Suite 200, Austin, TX 78735 (This is not a remote position.)Requirements:* High School Diploma* Dependable & punctual* Desire to serve patients* Good verbal and written communication skills* Must be able to type 40-50 WPM (words per minute)Preferred:* Experience in medical office setting* Experience using an electronic medical record* 1 year of experience in healthcareBenefits:* Health, Dental and Supplemental benefits* 401k with employer match* Paid Time Off* Associate Discounts
