Responsibilities

Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with timely follow-up.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Collaborate with the agent to support local community events.
Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success.

Requirements

Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening skills.
People-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
Well-organized with the ability to multi-task effectively.
Self-motivated and proactive problem solver.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Typing speed (like 40-60 WPM)
