Production Worker

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Pay: $20-$30/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, Various Shifts Available

This role supports production operations by safely operating equipment, feeding and removing boxes from machines, and following all established procedures. You will work as part of a weekend shift team to keep production running smoothly, consistently, and efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Comply with all company policies, with particular attention to safety standards and guidelines.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to assigned job functions and equipment.
• Feed boxes and materials into production machines in an accurate, timely, and consistent manner.
• Remove finished boxes or products from machines and place them in designated locations.

Essential Skills:

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in general production or general labor roles.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate production and machine equipment safely.
• Ability to follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Strong attention to safety and adherence to company policies.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift, move, or handle boxes as required.
• Reliability and punctuality for scheduled weekend shifts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Past experience in labeling or similar production environments is a plus.
• Comfort working with machinery and automated equipment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
• Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing production needs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

The pay range for this position is $29.70 - $36.30/hr.
