• Organizing work and work areas
• Considering plate appeal, presentation, customer service, and quality and nutritional value of preparation techniques and final product
• Providing meal service and cleanup
• Providing support and backup to other positions as needed
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions, recipes, and food labels

Qualifications:

Required:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Institutional kitchen experience preferred Knowledge of institutional production and food safety techniques helpful
• Licensure/Certification: N/A
