As a Utility Order Management Specialist, you’ll play a key role in coordinating quotes, managing orders from start to finish, and ensuring projects stay on track from kickoff through delivery.
In this dynamic position, you will collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to process quote requests, verify order details, and track project timelines. Your ability to prioritize, stay organized, and communicate effectively will help ensure exceptional service and smooth execution for every project. Requirements : Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
Strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
