Manufacturing Engineer (Only on w2)

Required Skills & Experience:

·        Proficiency in CAD/engineering software.

·        Understanding of manufacturing/distribution processes and quality systems.

·        Knowledge of tooling, tool design, and preventive maintenance.

·        Experience with Design for Manufacturing and Ergonomics principles.

·        Awareness of capital budgeting processes.

·        Background in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Power Systems, etc.).

·        Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

 

Preferred Skills & Experience:

·        2+ years in Manufacturing Engineering, Product Design, Material Flow, Operations, Supply Management, or Quality.

·        1+ years in line/process design, visual management, or material presentation.

·        Experience with Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP).

·        Familiarity with SAP, Creo-view, AutoCAD, and MAAP.

·        Demonstrated project management and continuous improvement success.
