Compensation:
Hourly - $370/hr
Overtime - $465 /hr
Holiday - $465/hr
Night Call - $930/shift
Weekend Call - $2410 per 24 hours
Call Back - $465/hr

Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Weekday call: 3:00 PM 7:00 AM
Weekend call: Friday 7:00 AM Monday 7:00 AM

Practice Setting
Acute Care Hospital
Adult Level III/IV Trauma Center
Inpatient anesthesia
Rural critical access setting
Average patient volume: cases per day
EMR: Epic

Clinical Responsibilities
General anesthesia
OB anesthesia
Epidurals
Surgical scheduling
Possible CRNA supervision

Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
Active New York license required
Epic experience required
BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA or RQI)
Must be comfortable practicing in a rural critical access setting
Residents and Fellows will not be considered

Credentialing
Emergency privileges available

Additional Information
Agency-branded CV required at submission
Work history must be current with no gaps greater than 30 days
Physician statement required for any malpractice history, including dismissed cases
