Digital Clinical Project ManagerAs a Digital Clinical Project Manager, you will be managing and consolidating activities to support clinical inventory management and its system integrations to external and internal systems. In this role, you will connect and lead various stakeholders and contributors to collaborate, drive and execute our digital platform goals.Here’s What You’ll Do:Lead Digital Clinical Supply Custom Software development and its implementationsEstablish and manage a project plan with a critical path and dependenciesSet expectations of stakeholders and communicate effectivelyEnsure project goals and value proposals meet business objectives and deliver value in a timely fashionWork collaboratively across the organization to gain alignment on project objectives and deliverablesEngage extensively with external vendors to set up integration APIs and testFollow up with leads on project milestone deliverables and offer assistance to achieve tangible resultsEngage with Computer Systems Validation lead to support appropriate validation activitiesCoordinate various testing cycles of the project that includes unit testing, functional testing, integration testing, stress testing and user acceptance testReport on project progress and statusHere’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:10+ years' experience in digital project management in a GxP environmentProven experience in driving results to deliver software projectsTangible track record in using Agile approaches in a regulated environmentYou have a working knowledge of clinical operations, clinical data management and CRO partnerships in a drug development context.You work independently yet engage proactively with team members, colleagues and stakeholders to achieve alignment and drive projects forward.You are a self-starter. You can effectively manage conflicting priorities in a fast pace environment, and you can navigate ambiguity and lead a team effectivelyYou put team before tasks by collaborating actively with all team members and supporting them.Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biotechnology or equivalent required. Master's preferred. PMP certification preferred.
