Media Specialist

St. Joseph Catholic school is a Prek-4 - 8th grade school in Marietta, GA. We are hiring for a Media Specialist for the 2026/27 school year. This is a full time benefits eligible position. This is a 190 school year contracted position. Core Responsibilities Organizes library material, equipment and facilities. Plans for, equips, and maintains attractive facilities. Assists students with reading selections. Supports curriculum through collection development. Provides leadership in all aspects of the school media program. Oversees the inhouse student broadcasting team Oversees the school yearbook production. Guides students in finding and using a wide variety of materials. Teaches library and research skills to students as articulated in Archdiocesan curriculum guides. Education, Training and Experience MLIS degree and certification required. Salary Archdiocesan Teacher Salary Scale based on degree and years of experience.
