What You\'ll Do Maintain a safe work environment and keep work area clean and organized Set up, adjust, and operate CNC Lathe machine tools and many specialized or advanced variations of tools to preform precision machining Manage daily operations to include cutting Rolling Mill rolls, spray welding roll passes, overseeing lathe maintenance/tooling and inventory Maintain accurate records and documentation for each job Ability to recall specifics, methods, and processes Comprehends and apply standards and procedures Perform additional duties as needed What You\'ll Need Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, with excellent strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills Ability to work with exposure to extremes in temperature, chemical, dust fumes and mists, uneven surfaces, loud noise, elevated work areas, and confined spaces Basic computer skills Dependability in attendance, work completion, and flexibility to meet business needs Must be able to learn quickly and multitask Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Some overtime will be required Work on a rotating shift which may include weekends and holidays Ability to stand for duration of a shift, up to 12 hours; frequent physical activity such as walking, climbing stairs or reaching to work with equipment throughout the entire shift Your Education High School Diploma or GED required We are CMC, a Fortune500 company at the leading edge of our industry.
