X-Ray Technologist

The X-Ray Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging procedures. The candidate must hold an active ARRT certification. A valid driver's license with picture identification is required. Candidates must provide a background check. All applicants must submit a skill checklist from their agency. Records of nursing-related competencies and exams should be included. A resume or application is necessary for consideration. Candidates must have current tuberculosis test records. Documentation of hepatitis vaccine status is required. Influenza vaccine or declination statement must be submitted. A copy of the agency's certificate of liability insurance is mandatory. A drug test will be conducted as part of the hiring process. An attestation form is required to complete the application process.
