Montshire Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at our Keene office. We are a family-owned practice serving nearly 30,000 children across New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and Massachusetts. Our work centers on eliminating barriers to care so families can access the dental services they need.

We accept all insurance, including Medicaid, and focus on preventing problems before they become serious, so children need fewer appointments and families get support without added stress.

• Keeps the daily schedule full; fills openings in the schedule same day and within the next 48 hours.
• Ensures that all new patients entering the practice have completed paperwork to include insurance details on file prior to their appointment.
• Uses software reporting to find and schedule patients who need an appointment.

How We Invest in You

• The salary range for this position is $23/hr - $27.50/hr. Final compensation is determined during the selection process and considers experience, education, and internal equity.

Schedule: Monday- Thursday 7:30-4:30
