What You’ll Do

As a strategic and operational leader, you’ll help shape people practices that support GRHD’s mission, culture, and organizational goals. You’ll partner with the CPO and leaders across the organization to provide HR guidance, strengthen workforce strategies, and continuously improve HR services.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and continuously improving HR operations, programs, and services while partnering with the CPO and organizational leaders on people strategies and initiatives.
• Providing leadership and guidance on employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, investigations, conflict resolution, corrective action, and employment practices.
• Developing and implementing recruiting, retention, and workforce strategies that support organizational needs and long-term goals.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, promoting consistent policies, effective workplace practices, and a positive employee experience.
• Providing leadership and oversight for Human Resources, Employee Health, and Medical Staff Credentialing, while staying current on workforce regulations, compliance requirements, and organizational needs.
• Performing a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced people leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on HR leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong relationship-building skills, sound HR knowledge, and the ability to guide leaders through complex organizational needs.

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• 5–8 years of leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment-related requirements, with the ability to apply them to a changing organization.
• Ability to develop and implement long-term plans, evaluate outcomes, and adapt strategies to meet organizational needs.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively present information and recommendations to leaders, employees, and others.

• Pay Range: $57.31 - $81.87/hour (based on experience)

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
