Duvera's client, a very well-established boutique firm is looking for a Senior Associate to join their team!

This position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive attorney who thrives in a leadership capacity. You will function as the day-to-day manager and mentor for our junior associates (2–3 years' experience ) while collaborating closely with two partner-level litigators.

We’re looking for someone who ca n “captain the shi p”—ensuring matters move efficiently, tasks are appropriately delegated, and junior attorneys are supported, challenged, and developed

Practice Areas:

• Commercial Litigation (core focus)
• Commercial Real Estate
• Construction
• Land Use
• General Business Disputes

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage junior associates’ workflow and development
• Delegate effectively and ensure timely execution of litigation tasks
• Serve as a key point of contact between partners and associates
• Maintain strong organization across multiple cases and deadlines
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and real-time feedback to junior attorneys
• Support litigation strategy and case management

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring junior attorneys
• Proven ability to delegate, prioritize, and direct workflow efficiently
• Solid background in commercial litigation
• Ability to operate independently while coordinating across teams

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $175,000
• Origination Bonus: 10% of collections on originated matters (paid quarterly for 2 years from client origination)
• Bonus Structure : Transparent bonus bands for year-end expectations
• Additional discretionary bonus opport unities based on performance
