Prestige Auto Tech is expanding to Delray Beach!

We are opening our 6th South Florida location and are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Delray Beach, Florida .

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and become part of the team at our newest location.

?? SERVICE ADVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for creating an excellent customer experience while helping the shop achieve its sales and productivity goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet customers and create a professional, welcoming experience
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle problems
• Write detailed repair orders
• Review Digital Vehicle Inspections with customers
• Explain recommended repairs and maintenance
• Prepare and present repair estimates
• Build customer trust and obtain repair authorization
• Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle repairs
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Follow up on declined and recommended repairs
• Schedule appointments
• Help maintain an efficient shop workflow
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Meet sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction goals

?? AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

The ideal Service Advisor understands automotive repair and can confidently explain mechanical repairs and maintenance to customers.

Experience with European and luxury vehicles is a major plus.

Experience with:

BMW • Mercedes-Benz • Audi • Volkswagen • Porsche • Land Rover • MINI • Volvo

is highly valued.

?? QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred
• Automotive repair knowledge
• Strong sales and closing ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Comfortable explaining automotive repairs and estimates
• Ability to build trust with customers
• Organized and able to manage multiple repair orders
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Positive, team-oriented personality
• Experience with automotive shop management software is a plus
