- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met
• Communicate expectations to production team members and evaluate performance
• Ensure production processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Complete and maintain required documentation for compliance purposes
• Monitor machinery and workflow to identify issues and coordinate equipment repairs when needed
• Prepare production reports and provide updates to management
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze production issues and make timely decisions
• Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
