2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Manufacturing Team LeaderLocation: On-Site in Lebanon, KY Shift: 2nd Shift (1:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.) Employment Type: Full-TimeLead daily operations of a manufacturing department.Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.Assign work, train employees, and support team development.Troubleshoot equipment and process issues.Monitor productivity, quality, and defect metrics and implement corrective actions.Conduct root cause analysis and support continuous improvement efforts.Coach, counsel, and evaluate team members.Address employee concerns and administer corrective action when necessary.Communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams.Support new product trials and departmental objectives.Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.Minimum 3 years of Team Leader or comparable manufacturing leadership experience.Knowledge of Toyota Production System (TPS), PDCA, and continuous improvement principles.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Experience training and developing employees.Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 lbs.Manufacturing environment with moving equipment and moderate to high noise levels.Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.TG Kentucky, LLC is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
