As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.$150,000 - $185,000 a yearCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or another related field.Ten years of experience in construction management on transit or public infrastructure projects, preferably with individual project values of $30 million or greater.Three years of supervisory experience in the management of major construction contracts of similar size and scope.Working knowledge of WSDOT and APWA Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction.Experience on FTA-funded projects, including familiarity with federal contract compliance requirements.Valid Washington State driver's license, or ability to obtain one.BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:Experience with alternative delivery methods, particularly GC/CM and design-build, is preferred, including experience supporting preconstruction and construction phasesEstablished relationships with Washington transit agencies and public works departments are a significant advantage Relevant agencies include Sound Transit, Community Transit, King County Metro, Pierce Transit, Everett Transit, Kitsap Transit, Intercity Transit, Spokane Transit, C-TRAN, and WSDOTExperience with EV charging or transit electrification infrastructureContractor-side experience (Project Manager, Superintendent, Project Engineer)Competency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
