A busy outpatient pharmacy located near a major hospital in downtown Kansas City, MO, is seeking a Pharmacist to support their operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify and fill prescriptions following state and federal regulations
• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to clarify and adjust medication orders as needed
• Ensure patient safety by checking for drug interactions, allergies, and proper dosages
• Maintain organized and compliant pharmacy records
• Utilize the EPIC system for prescription management and documentation

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with current state licensure
• Experience working in outpatient or hospital-affiliated pharmacy settings preferred
• Proficiency with EPIC or similar electronic medical records systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

• Location: Independence, MO (near downtown Kansas City, MO hospital)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday daytime shifts, supporting a regular workweek
