Contract Manager For Purchase Services

BJC HealthCare is seeking a Contract Manager for purchase services! Ideal applicants will have a background in contract negotiation. Must be located in Mo or IL.

Role Purpose

Provide contracting expertise to draft, interpret, and negotiate quality minimal risk contracts for BJC Health System.

Responsibilities

With support from BJC attorneys and Senior/Lead Contract Managers, negotiate or renegotiate commercial and legal terms and conditions with third parties. Manage the sourcing portfolio, expiring contracts calendar, and new contract requests overseeing the compliance of contracts within company policies and all contractual processes and actions. Draft, interpret, and evaluate contract language with minimal deviation. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align on timelines, deliverables, approvals, etc.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: 2 years

Supervisor Experience: No

Preferred Requirements

Experience: 2-5 years
