Job Description
Title: Nursing - Long Term Care

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 5 days a week, with weekend rotation

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 52 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 0

Requirements:
- License required
- Ability to provide care for adult to geriatric patient populations

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care
- Monitor and document patient health and progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care
- Educate residents and families on health management and wellness

Compliance / Notes:
- Weekend rotation required
- 10% salary placement fee
